Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS)

1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) define the terms and conditions governing the subscription and use of the services offered on the website https://raiseyourroll.com/en/, hereinafter referred to as "the Site," by users, hereinafter referred to as "Subscribers." By using the Site and subscribing to a membership, Subscribers unconditionally accept these TCS.

2. Description of Services

The Site offers unlimited access to the platform's features for PREMIUM subscribers.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Subscription

To subscribe to a membership, Subscribers must fill out the registration form and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Subscribers are responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and assume responsibility for all activities performed under their account.

3.2 Payment

Membership is subject to fees, the amount, and payment terms of which are indicated on the Site. Payments are made using the available payment options on the Site. Subscribers authorize the collection of corresponding subscription fees using the selected payment method.

4. Duration and Renewal of Membership

4.1 Membership Duration

The membership duration is specified during the subscription. Some subscriptions may be offered with a free trial period, after which the subscription will be automatically charged at the applicable rates.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless the Subscriber decides to terminate the subscription in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 (Termination).

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by the Subscriber

The Subscriber may terminate their membership at any time by accessing their account and following the termination procedure available on the Site. The termination will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

5.2 Termination by the Site

The Site reserves the right to terminate the membership of any Subscriber in case of a violation of these TCS or in the event of inappropriate or illegal behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site, including but not limited to texts, images, videos, logos, trademarks, illustrations, etc., is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by Raise Your Roll or its partners. The Subscriber agrees not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content of the Site without prior written authorization.

7. Liability

The Site strives to provide quality services but assumes no responsibility for temporary or permanent interruption of service, data loss, errors, computer viruses, or any other direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site.

8. Confidentiality and Personal Data

Personal data collected from Subscribers is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, available in the regulations.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These TCS are governed by French law. Any dispute concerning the TCS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts in Paris.

10. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the applicable regulations, the Subscriber has a right of withdrawal, which can be exercised within 14 days from the subscription of their membership.

To exercise this right of withdrawal, the Subscriber must notify their decision to withdraw by sending an email to contact@raiseyourroll.com.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Raise Your Roll undertakes to reimburse the Subscriber for all payments made within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal request.

However, if the Subscriber starts using the services before the end of the withdrawal period, they expressly waive their right of withdrawal.

11. Modification of TCS

Raise Your Roll reserves the right to modify these TCS at any time. Any modification will be notified to Subscribers through a notification on the Site and will become effective on the date indicated in said notification.

The continued use of the Site after the effective date of the modifications will constitute acceptance of the new TCS by the Subscriber.
